Survey on important skills to develop in communications industry in Finland 2015-2017

This statistic shows the result of a survey made in 2015 and 2017 on important skills to develop in communications industry in Finland in the following 3 to 5 years. In 2017, 43 percent of the respondents picked digital communication as one of their most important skills to develop. The corresponding figure in the year 2015 was 36 percent. Influencer communication and public affairs as well as measuring and monitoring communication were also seen more important to develop in 2017 than in 2015. The importance to develop skills in brand and reputation management and media communication, for instance, had decreased from the year 2015.
