EU Reference Scenario 2016

This report provides the standard of policy and market trends in all EU28 Member States, providing a useful framework by which policy can be considered and created. The report is an update on the previous reference scenario issued in 2013, and provides projections and current information on a broad range of matters related to energy, fuel prices, emissions trading schemes, greenhouse gas emissions, and certain aspects of the transport industry.
