Prices & AccessCurrently, the Discovery Account is only available in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are gradually rolling it out to more countries.
The Discovery Account offers a range of features, including:
- Access to 10 premium statistics per month and all free statistics
- The ability to download data in PNG, PDF, or XLS formats
- 10 Research AI queries to get expert-backed answers
The 10 premium statistics quota refers to the number of statistics you can view per month. The monthly quota is calculated from the purchase date and automatically renews on the same day of each subsequent month.
Each view of a premium statistic counts as one use. Revisiting the same statistic multiple times will not use an additional quota. When the quota of 10 premium statistics is reached, you will no longer be able to access them. Any unused quota does not carry over to the next month.
Once you've reached your premium statistics limit, you can:
- Upgrade to a higher account package, or
- Wait for your quota to be renewed in the next month.
You can continue using free statistics without limits.
Currently, the real-time display of your premium statistics quota is not available in the Beta phase. However, you can always view the statistics you have accessed in your account.
Pro Tip: Save your frequently used statistics to your favorites by clicking the star icon next to the statistic. This way, you can quickly and easily access them through the favorites icon in the main navigation.
Premium statistics are marked with a small plus sign (+) or a premium label for easy identification.
Additional premium statistics cannot be purchased separately. However, you can upgrade your account to access more features and remove restrictions on content views, queries, and downloads or you can wait for your monthly premium statistics quota to renew.
To view your invoice, please follow these steps:
- Open the "Account Details" menu.
- Click on the "Invoice" in the tab navigation.
- On this page, you will see a list of all invoices related to your account. Locate the desired document by date or invoice number and click on it to download a PDF version.
You can cancel your Discovery Account up to six weeks before the renewal date. Please follow these steps:
- Open the "Account Details" menu.
- Click on the "Cancel Account" link.
- A new email draft will open in your email client. Add your user ID and your reason for cancellation. You can find your user ID in your Account Details.
- Send the email to notify our customer service. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
