Your job

What you do

  • Provide administrative support for the Statista R department
  • Assist with lead research, sales material design, and sales process for the Licensing Sales Team
  • Organize over 80 sales projects per year with various major media brands
  • Create and streamline communication channels between sales, analysts, and design
  • Coordinate with printer for physical sales materials and winner plaques
  • Support project management lead by improving processes, tools, and structure for increased growth
  • Ensure publication dates of all lists among all media partners are optimized during planning (minimize overlapping/overbooking lists)
  • Organize and check team reports, Salesforce leads, and contracts
  • Coordinate and organize mass emailers via email tool (Outreach and myemma.com)
  • Organize schedules of multiple departments via Asana
Your skills

Who you are

  • BA/BS required
  • Experience with Salesforce and with email tool(s)
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Asana
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, high-energy, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excited at the opportunity to be a part of a rapidly expanding global organization
