Tablet use in the United States continues to rise rapidly. eMarketer predicts the number of tablet users in the U.S. to reach 99 million in 2013, an increase of 42 percent over this year.
Meanwhile smartphone growth is slowly decelerating. eMarketer expects 19 percent growth in 2013, bringing the total to 138 million smartphone users.
