The value of inbound travel expenditure on air passenger transport in Russia, on which foreign travelers spent the highest amount of money, saw a decrease by approximately 374 million U.S. dollars between 2018 and 2019, amounting to nearly 6.7 billion U.S. dollars at the end of the observed time period. To compare, the foreign spending on other passenger transport means in Russia only amounted to 15 million U.S. dollars in 2019.
