Imports volume of automobile storage batteries by India 2014-2019
During financial year 2019, around 75 million storage batteries were imported into India across the automobile industry. Notably, an overall decrease in the imports volume was noted from financial year 2015, whereas the production volume increased over the years which signifies that India had taken measures to increase its production volume to meet the country's demands.
