As of 2018/19, approximately 15 percent of all holidays abroad of Dutch tourists were spent in Germany, making it the most popular holiday destination. 12 percent of the holidays were registered in France and Spain, whereas eight percent of the holidays booked by Dutch people were spent in Belgium.
