Adults' opinion on whether immigrants are willing to integrate by country 2018
According to a 2018 survey, the vast majority of Japanese respondents - 75 percent - believe that immigrants want to adopt local customs and the way of life, rather than remaining distinct. Opinions are very different in many European countries though. 58 percent of respondents in Germany believing immigrants wanted to remain distinct, along with 61 percent of respondents in Italy and 63 percent in Greece.
