Share of sources of ICT innovation in commercial banks Poland 2019

In 2019, among products, services, and business solutions implemented by banks in Poland, which used innovative technologies, the most numerous were projects based on business process automation - 36 projects. The structure of acquiring innovation sources was dominated by purchases of external services and the use of own resources (in-house). Acceleration and acquisitions of fintech entities as a source of innovation appeared sporadically.
