One fifth of food delivery orders until 5 p.m. on Delivery Club in Russia included vegetables, fruit, and nuts in December 2020. After that time, the share of that product category decreased to 13 percent. At the same time, Russian consumers preferred to order drinks after 5 p.m.

The study was based on data on purchases in more than 100 cities of Russia in 14 food store chains and delivery services connected to the platform Delivery Club.
