Expenses per eating out at drinking establishments in Japan 2022, by type
In April 2022, the average expenses per dining out at snack bars, nightclubs, and cabarets in the three main metropolitan areas in Japan amounted to approximately 7.6 thousand Japanese yen. Going out in an establishment of this category was on average the most expensive, followed by dining in karaoke facilities. Typical Japanese pub dining establishments were on average the cheapest choice.
