Level of compliance with labor rights in Nigeria 2015-2021
The level of compliance with fundamental labor rights in Nigeria stood at 3.1 points in 2021. This increased by 0.2 points from the levels registered between 2017 and 2020. According to the indicator, the closer the score is to zero, the higher the level of compliance with labor rights. This means that, compared to 2015, the population of Nigeria has shown improvements in complying with basic rights pertaining to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
