Share of corporate real estate loans of listed Chinese banks H2 2021-H1 2023
In the first half of 2023, the business proportion of corporate loans in the real estate sector of large commercial banks in China amounted to seven percent, a 0.61 percent decrease compared to the end of 2022. At the same time, the ratio of non-performing loans in the same category reached five percent.
