From 2016 to 2019, the average number of office workers in the tourism and hospitality industry in Italy rose gradually. It grew from 117 thousand in 2016 to almost 126 thousand in 2019. Similarly, the number of workmen in this industry increased steadily, peaking at 1.06 million in 2019.
