Inbound tourism spending in Latin America & Caribbean 2020, by country or territory
In 2020, Mexico registered the largest amount of international tourists expenditures in the entire Latin American and Caribbean region, with nearly 11.4 billion U.S. dollars. Brazil, the second country in the ranking, received approximately three billion U.S. dollars in international visitor spending. Puerto Rico followed closely in the third place.
