This graph presents a ranking of the Latin American and Caribbean countries with the largest number of international tourist arrivals in 2018. According to UNWTO, Mexico was the most visited country by international tourists in Latin America and the Caribbean, with almost 41.5 million arrivals. In second place, but far behind, comes Argentina with 6.9 million international visitors, overtaking Brazil, which received around 6.6 million in that same year.
