Health expenditure in Norway, measured as a share of the country's GDP increased from 2013 until a peak in 2016 before it started to gradually decrease in the following years, but by 2020 health expenditure was at a new high of 11.3 percent of GDP. In 2021, the annual health expenditure in Norway accounted for 10.1 percent of GDP.
