This report, conducted annually by Achieve and Johnson Grossnickle Associates since 2010, looks at how generation Y, referred to in this report as millennials, interact and engage with nonprofit organizations. Statistics for the 2012 report were collected via three sources: an online survey of institutions, three focus groups and an online survey of nonprofit professionals. There is a significant focus on modern technology such as internet and smart-phone usage throughout the report.
