UK consumer trust in the banking industry in 2013

This report uses various survey questions to gage and measure public trust in banking in the United Kingdom. The research in this report is based on the results of online interviews conducted by YouGov . Respondents were asked various questions based on reputation of UK banks, satisfaction with service of main bank, statements about banking, If recent changes will make my bank better, actions to improve banking, mean reputation of UK’s largest 5 retail bank brands, and other such topics that help judge public opinion and trust in the banking industry.
