For the survey “Luxury in the U.S. 2018“ Statista asked 900 U.S. onliners between the age of 18 years and older, who go shopping at least once a year online or offline and who have bought at least one personal luxury item (new or used) by a popular luxury brand in the past 3 years. It covers information about luxury brands and cosmetics. It also offers a good overview about purchase factors, decision making and behavior. Additionally it provides content about second-hand luxury and attitudes towards consumption and satisfaction.
