In 2018, the majority of sailboats used by Italian yachtsmen and yachtswomen were long less than ten meters. According to the study, this specific category of boat accounted for 69 percent of the sailboats sailed by Italian yacht people. Moreover, 26 percent of the individuals involved in the survey claimed to use sailboats that were long between 13 and 18 meters.
