As of the first quarter of 2021, China had the highest liner shipping connectivity index with 163.81, followed by Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. The UNCTAD liner shipping connectivity index is an indicator of a country’s position within the global liner shipping network. The index is related to trade costs and trade competitiveness.
