German election results of 2017, by occupation

In the German Federal Elections of 2017 the CDU had the highest vote share across all occupation groups, with 35 percent of civil servants voting for them. For the populist AfD party, 18 percent of blue-collar workers voted for them, compared with only nine percent of public sector workers.
