Y-o-y percentage change of online reviews on restaurants in Italy 2018-2019
Between September 2018 and August 2019, Google recorded the highest increase in the number of online reviews on restaurants in Italy compared to the reviews published on the platform during the previous 12 months. According to the data, the number of online reviews of restaurants published on Google increased by 32 percent. Conversely, the number of online reviews on restaurants published on Tripadvisor decreased by 21 percent compared to the previous 12 months.
