According to iiMedia, 54.1 percent of surveyed tenants stated that they rent shared office space because of convenience. Another 50 percent said the reason for renting a coworking space was the the good working environment. Approximately half of respondents answered that a shared office helps them save costs. Many coworking spaces provided amenities, such as conference rooms, recreational, and catering facilities to which many small companies in traditional offices would not have had access to.
