Number of visitors to national parks and game reserves in Kenya 2016-2022
As of 2022, the number of visitors to national parks and game reserves in Kenya increased to 2.54 million, which was a huge increase of 69 percent from the preceding year. In the period under review, the number of visitors to national parks and game reserves was relatively stable, however, it saw a dip in 2020 and 2021, most likely due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions in the country.
