Digital solutions integration by tourism companies in Russia 2019
As of 2020, 70 percent of Russian tourism companies stated they had a website. Electronic document management systems were used 54 percent of firms and planned to be implemented by further 17 percent. Agile methodology was listed as the least used by Russian tourism companies in 2019, with 60 percent not willing to integrate it.
