There are more male than female immigrant workers in Denmark, and the difference only grew larger over the past decade. In 2012, around 100,000 women and over 152,000 men from outside Denmark were employed in the country. By 2022, the numbers had increased to 187,000 foreign female workers and 293,000 foreign male workers. The highest number of the foreign full-time employees were from Poland.
