For nearly one half of Russian companies, the risk of data loss or leakage was one of the main barriers for not implementing cloud computing. Businesses also saw the loss of control when moving to a cloud service and potential cloud provider blocking as barriers for cloud technology adoption, named by 24 percent of respondents each.
