Latin America: leading ventilator brands in 2020, by market share
In 2020, Viasys Healthcare was the leading brand of ventilators in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a market share of 13 percent. It was followed by CareFusion and Medtronic - Valleylab, which each had eight percent of the region's ventilator market. One year earlier, Brazil was home to more than 25 ventilators per 100,000 inhabitants, giving the country the highest penetration rate of these machines in Latin America.
