Most attractive factors for employees in Norway 2021

According to a 2021 survey, a good work environment is deemed the most important factor when measuring the attractiveness of an employer in Norway. This was the opinion of 94 percent of the respondents. Other vital factors were good salary conditions and having a secure job, according to 87 percent of the respondents each.
