Monthly revenue evolution of the hospitality industry in Île-de-France 2019-2020
French tourist regions went through an economic slowdown during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a matter of fact, the Île-de-France region registered a significant loss of tourist overnight stays in 2020. It seems this downturn had an impact on the hospitality sector, which generated a weak turnover in this region in 2020. The most significant loss was in Mai 2020, with a drop in the revenue of 91.9 percent compared to the same month last year.
