In 2021, the majority of respondents agreed that the most important benefit of using automation was that it reduced the risk of performance issues, equipment failure, data breaches and regulatory compliance violations. At the same time, 50 percent of respondents believed that automation processes gives more space to the IT staff to focus on strategic initiatives.
