Second COVID-19 wave impact on technology services sector salary increment India 2021

Around 80 percent of the respondents from technology services sector in a survey conducted during May to July of 2021 stated that they would not change the salary increments. The overall salary increment for the IT-BPM industry was said to increase to as high as 11 percent in 2022. The average increments for technology services sector in India dropped from 9.5 percent in 2019 to 5.2 percent in 2020.
