Cloud businesses of telecommunications company Softline had the largest revenue among other infrastructure as a service (IaaS) providers in Russia in 2021, measured at over ten billion Russian rubles. The second position was occupied by the Moscow-based information technology provider Rostelecom, generating a revenue exceeding 8.7 billion Russian rubles.
