Office real estate starting prices in Egypt 2023, by selected city
Among the four Egyptian cities reported, New Cairo had the most expensive average starting price for an office unit at 3,523 U.S. dollars per square meter as of September 2023. Sheikh Zayed City followed with an average cost of 2,669 U.S. dollars per square meter. Egypt has been building new communities further away from Cairo in an attempt to relieve the current capital from being overcrowded.
