On the other hand, Denmark had the lowest share of female managers during the whole period between 2010 and 2022, standing at 31 percent in 2022. Overall, the rate of female managers in the Nordics grew in each country between 2021 and 2022, besides Sweden, which still has the highest proportion of female managers.
