Share of female top managers in selected industries in Norway 2022
In 2022, all the 200 largest companies in Norway had a majority of male leaders. The share was highest among companies manufacturing basic materials, where 92 percent of the top managers are men. On the other hand, nearly 30 percent of of the top managers in the energy supply industry were women. On average, 20 percent of the top managers in the 200 largest companies in the country are women.
