Consumers believing AI will improve online shopping 2023

Shopping online is being disrupted by artificial intelligence (AI). In 2023, consumers from six countries outlined they key areas of shopping experience likely to be improved by AI tools. One in two respondents believed price comparisons will work better, while 46 percent of surveyed consumers mentioned online search for shopping deals. Lastly, AI will display relevant offerings according to 41 percent of consumers.
