IT industry recruitment by degree worldwide 2023

Education remains an important factor in recruitment within the technology industry worldwide. In 2023, 64 percent of surveyed business leaders in the IT industry globally reported that they were currently targeting candidates with an undergraduate degree (4-year degree). Only 41 percent of respondents reported the same for candidates with an associate degree (2-year degree).
