Most organizations worldwide currently use off-the-shelf solutions for generative AI (GenAI). The primary focus of these solutions in the surveyed companies is on productivity applications, indicated by over 70 percent of the respondents. Standard application, enterprise platforms and public large language models (LLMs) are also significant focuses, accounting for 68, 61 and 56 percent of the organizations, respectively.
