Share of water sales in Ghana 2021, by consumer group
Domestic customers accounted for the largest share of the volume of water sold by the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) in 2021. This group of consumers accounted for 66 percent of the total sales volume, followed by commercial and governmental consumers with 13 percent and 12 percent, respectively.
