Italy: holiday scam experiences by age 2017

This statistic represents the share of Italians aged 18-65 who have been targeted by a holiday scam at least once in their lives as of 2017, broken down by age. According to the study results, more respondents in the 23-35 age group (one in five) had been involved by some kind of tourist fraud than respondents in any other age group. By contrast, only 8 percent of respondents in the 56-65 age group reported experiencing a holiday scam at least once.
