Brazil: leading ports and maritime terminals in export throughput 2020*
In the period from January to July 2020, the maritime terminal Ponta da Madeira ranked first in the list of leading ports for export cargo handling in Brazil, with over 98.5 million metric tons in export throughput. Porto de Santos and the Terminal de Tubarão, which ranked second and third in the same list, reported a combined total export throughput of roughly 79.4 million metric tons during that same period.
