This statistic shows the illustrative pricing of three selected orphan drugs across UK, U.S., and Australia, on an annualized basis as of 2016 (in current U.S. dollars). As of that year, the price of Alexion's drug Soliris on an annualized base in the U.S. was 440,000 U.S. dollars, in the UK it was 444,000 U.S. dollars, and it was 500,000 U.S. dollars in Australia.
