This statistic illustrates the distribution of business trips made by Italian business travelers in 2018, broken down by travel reason. According to the study, most of the trips were undertaken to attend meetings with clients and suppliers (about 59 percent). Furthermore, about one in ten (11.2 percent) business trips were made to attend industry fairs and 16.1 percent to attend company meetings.
