Human development index (HDI) score of selected European countries in 2017

by Daniel Clark, last edited Oct 18, 2018
Human development index of European countries 2017 This statistic illustrates the Human development index (HDI) for European countries in 2017. The HDI is a statistic that combines life-expectancy, education levels and GDP per capita. Countries with scores over 0.800 are considered to have very high levels of development, compared with countries that score lower. Although all of the countries in this statistic have scores which imply high levels of development, Norway's score of 0.953 was the highest in 2017.
