This statistic displays the results of a survey of willingness to pay more for an airline ticket as a result of a tax on airline tickets or aviation fuel in the Netherlands in 2018. The survey results suggest that as of 2018, close to 40 percent of commuters in the Netherlands were not willing to absorb the cost of airline ticket and aviation fuel taxation. In the meantime, the share of respondents who were willing to pay extra as a result of taxation was just over 30 percent.
