In 2018, the experts from the Dyżurnet.pl** team analyzed a total of 13,239 reported child sexual abuse incidents. Among all the reports concerning content potentially representing sexual abuse of a child, the experts confirmed the actual presence of such material in 1,775 cases. In 179 cases, additional incidents of child sexual abuse related to original reports (CSAM - derived from reports) were reported. 1,179 incidents were classified as CSEM (child sexual exploitation material). This classification replaces the terms 'child eroticism' and 'child nudism'. This type of content is not classified as pornographic and is therefore not illegal.
